Apprentice - Technical Support

Job Scope:

As a Technical Support Apprentice, you will assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical assistance to users, and maintaining IT infrastructure. You will learn to diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalate issues when necessary, and contribute to the efficient operation of IT systems within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or a related field in network computing/communication

  • Passionate about learning and enthusiastic about staying updated with technology advancements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Can work in individual and team
